Elena Lorenzo was born in Russia and graduated from university in 2004 w science/teaching degree. Receiving massages since from the age of 12, she always believed in holistic approach when it comes to a human body. In 2014 she graduated from Academy of Massage Therapy in Hackensack.
Elena prides herself in delivering specialized medical massage. She comes from medical/orthopedic background and focuses on relieving her clients muscular pain and dysfunction. She combines modalities such as Swedish, sports, deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, myofascial Ripley release, among others, to customize her massage for her clients she seeks to not only improve the range of motion, but also support their overall self-care goals.
Elena has a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and the bodies musculature which affords her the unique opportunity to tune in and address the various concerns that are present in her clients bodies. While she leans towards a more clinical approach to her practice she understands the importance of ensuring that her clients leave her sessions feeling a deep sense of comfort and relief. She endeavors to help her clients heal physically and emotionally by means of a results driven and methodical approach to massage therapy.
