It’s hard to believe it’s already been six months since we opened the doors at 115 Grand Street.Those first months have been a little like learning to walk in a new pair of legs. We’ve been listening, adjusting, learning what this new space can be—and, most importantly, taking care of the people who trusted us enough to walk through our doors.

Our Founders Packages were created for exactly this chapter: to thank the people who joined us early, believed in what we were building, and helped us find our footing. And now, we’re finding it.

We’re moving out of our wobbly-toddler phase and into something that feels a little more sure-footed. And with that stronger foundation, we’re ready to spring forward.

Over the coming months, you’ll start seeing new offerings at Life Stage, including infrared, facial guasha, and other elevated treatments designed to expand the ways we can help you feel good in your body.

We’re growing—but the heart of Life Stage will remain exactly where it has always been: thoughtful care, skilled hands, genuine human connection, and an approachable place where taking care of yourself doesn’t have to feel precious or intimidating.

If you’ve been thinking about becoming a Founder, there’s still a little time. You can purchase a Founders Package through August 23rd, after which we’ll officially wrap up the program and step into what comes next.
