Our Fertility Massage Treatments incorporate Manual Therapy, Acupressure, & Essential Oils to reduce stress & balance hormones, as well as enhancing egg quality & quantity by increasing the supply of oxygen rich blood to reproductive organs. FMT sessions are appropriate for individuals preparing to conceive naturally or via Assisted Reproductive Technology. FMT can be supportive for amenorrhea, diminished ovarian reserve, poor egg quality & / or a history of thin lining. A consultation with a fertility massage specialist will precede the session. Afterwards, feedback will be provided as well as home care recommendations & Instructions.
Pregnancy is a time of rapid change for individuals & families. Each stage of pregnancy can present a myriad of unique challenges. This session is devoted to teaching the Birth Partner how to massage the Expecting Mother. Partner's will learn techniques to address the discomforts of late pregnancy, techniques to help ease labor, & techniques for postpartum recovery. An emphasis will be placed on teaching the birth partner how to leverage body weight & structural mechanics to minimize effort & strain on their own bodies.

Following the birth of a child, women & families need a lot of support. The first few weeks at home are a time of major recovery & adjustment. If adequate support is not received during this period, there can be long lasting & far reaching impacts to overcome.
Postnatal Massage can be tremendously supportive in recovery. A new mother needs to fill up her cup so that she can give of herself freely to the all encompassing care of her fully dependent newborn. Massage has been shown to bolster mood & buffer postpartum dysphoria.
In the first few weeks following birth, new mothers are extremely sore & sleep deprived. Massage at this stage is designed to be deeply soothing & restorative. In the weeks thereafter new mother’s often develop overuse pains as a result of the repetitive movements & sustained postures of newborn care. Such as holding, carrying, supporting the head, feeding, placing baby in & out of car seats & others.
Our therpsist are knowledgeable & skilled at identifying & treating the common overuse pains resulting from newborn care activities. We have specialized equipment, giving new mothers the option to lay face down without pressure on engorged breasts, sore abdominals, or C-Section incisions.

Infant Massage Instruction Sessions are designed to empower parents with safe easy massage & movement techniques for down-regulating (relaxation) & up-regulating (play time) babies. Sessions are paced for baby's comfort & allow breaks as needed for feeding, changing & modulation of sensory load. Parents who incorporate massage into their infant care routine report feeling more calm, confident & connected. Included with the session are handouts with descriptions & illustrations of all the techniques & a 1-oz bottle of natural baby massage oil for parents to take home.
Professional Infant Massage Sessions are available for parents who feel their baby would benefit from sessions performed by a licensed massage therapist.
