For as long as I can remember I've been an strong advocate for wellness and fitness. I grew up eating well prepared, healthy foods and participating in athletics including body building. For me, becoming a Massage Therapist was a natural extension of that lifestyle.
I completed my course of study through the Harris School of Business in Cherry Hill NJ, obtaining my New Jersey State Massage Therapy License in 2017. Building upon my knowledge of anatomy and physiology and my 20 years of experience as a body builder, I added personal training to the ways in which I contribute to the health & wellness of the populations I serve.
In my Bodybuilding career I have moved up to semi-pro and am working toward pro in the NPC circuit. Bodybuilding has helped me to identify and treat others pains and tension. Especially athletes and other active people. I think I have a good grasp of massage therapy techniques that really benefit my clients.
I have a passion for helping other with self care. I feel as a society today that is over looked so much. I hope to help others for a long while really get into self care, body maintenance, relaxation and be their most centered selves.
