Ella brings a focused, clinical approach to bodywork, grounded in a strong understanding of how the body holds tension and adapts to stress. She completed her training at the Therapeutic Massage & Training Center in Westfield, NJ, and has pursued continuing education in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to support targeted, outcome-oriented care.
She works with a wide range of clients, including those navigating chronic tension, postural strain, and medically influenced conditions. Ella’s sessions are intentional and tailored—combining careful assessment with precise, responsive techniques to address the root of discomfort rather than just its symptoms.
While her work is clinically driven, Ella prioritizes creating a grounded and supportive environment where clients feel at ease. She believes that effective treatment happens when the body is both engaged and able to settle, allowing for more meaningful and lasting change.
